Job Description

We are looking for a driven, enthusiastic and highly motivated Sales Representative who is willing to take on all sales responsibilities from generating leads to closing sales for fast growing, team-oriented company in the real estate tech legal industry! Fee Favor is the “Uber” of the legal industry and is on a mission to deliver an excellent customer experience by providing our employees the best training, development, and opportunity for advancement in the industry. We are gearing up to enter into other states where your training will allow you to handle clients from all across the country! Our ideal candidate will deliver a professional presentation to customers at all times, while upholding the ideals and standards of the company. The successful Sales Representative will constantly strive to surpass all sales goals and exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Obtain, build, and maintain strong buying relationships with clients
• Deliver excellent customer service that ensures ongoing sales and high levels of customer satisfaction via phone calls and some face-to-face meetings
• Work with customers in the legal and real estate industry effectively identify their needs and recommend the right product to solve their problem
• Ensure product presentation is clean and organized
• Stay up to date on platform and product features using company materials
• Be willing to represent entire state of clients as a personal state representative
• Crush your sales goals!

Qualifications

• General understanding of the principles of sales
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with customer service
• Proven track record in achieving sales quotas in past experience
• Demonstrate an ability to achieve results in a challenging and progressive environment
• Be a self-starter with the desire to achieve and win!
• Honesty, integrity, and accountability is non-negotiable

Compensation

• Hourly
• On the occasion, overtime pay is available
